The sts is shutdown for a 2% silane bal N2 bottle change and leak check
The tool will be down till after the toxic gas test on Monday.

The toxic gas alarm system tests are now complete. All tools using toxic
gases are back up with the following exceptions:
tylanpoly
tylanbpsg
tylanSiGe
tystar 1
EPI

Silane MFC calibrations are still being completed. Tools should be up
tomorrow.

Do you have recent nitride stress numbers?  We used to quote about
50MPa, but that now sounds optimistic.....

Subject: Need Help with STS Dep Video Tape

STS Dep Users,

I am looking for a voluneer to help me put together a training video
tape for the STS. All I need is someone who knows how use the STS well
and is willing to explain its use on tape.
Foreign students are welcome. Accents are not a big issue. It does not
take that long to do. Typically, it takes about 1 1/2 hr to tape an 1/2
session.
