This cleaning error can cause many problems to future users and the equipment itself. Hopefully this new sign in yellow with the words in black print reading "CLEAN CYCLE" will help. Please, place the yellow sign over the Black sign to indicate the system is in the five hour cleaning cycle. The reverse side of the yellow sign is in a red print reading "SPECIAL PROCESSING". This is for users processing wafers after a much longer clean, coming out, non gold contaminated. This process will require additional training for experience users only. Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
