Subject: SiO2 on Au?

Hi

I need to grow SiO2 on a Gold film. Does anybody have experience doing 
this using STS?
Does the SiO2 stick well on the Au and does the Au film stay reasonable 
at 350?C during deposition?
The gold sits on a SiN film.
