Message-ID: <402A71B3.4CB6034A@snf.stanford.edu> Hi All Users, Temporarily Jim Haydon has created a five inch tall steel block with an opening on one side that fits around the rod closes to the platen holding up the lid. When the lid is open, you must place this (we'll call it) "ROD GUARD" . around the lid's rod at all times. There are two rods, so you want to wrap the ROD Guard around the rod closes to the platen. Because this is a safety issue and until this Lid problem has been repaired, anyone caught not using the ROD GUARD will be disqualified from using the STS PECVD system. If you have any question or need to be shown how to place the ROD GUARD see me, Jim H., or Eric P. -- Jeannie Perez Stanford Nanofabrication Facility CIS Room 146, Mail Code 4070 Stanford, CA 94305 (650) 723-7997 jperez at snf.stanford.edu -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... You won't need the ROD GUARD any longer, so I'll keep it in the STS Supply drawer for those of you that may be uncomfortable. -- Jeannie Perez Stanford Nanofabrication Facility CIS Room 146, Mail Code 4070 Stanford, CA 94305 (650) 723-7997 jperez at snf.stanford.edu
