Users are to put the year as the last two digits in their recipe name so I can tell if they could be current. EXAMPLE: njplfo12 or tpni_12. You don't have to use all eight digits as long as you know your recipe name. If I don't see a two digit number I am going to assume that the recipe was made before 2009. Anything without a two digit number I'll delete on Friday July 13th. Once I start deleting some recipes that were hidden will re-appear. I've only gone through A-D and here are the ones I'd like to delete. If you see your recipe on this list, see me so we can create a new one and at that time I can delete the old recipes. Again, we shouldn't have more than three recipes each. Just edit the existing recipes. Please check the list for too many recipes and or with the year at the end of the recipes 09, 10, 11, 12. Contact me before I start to delete them. altlf015.set apal_lf.set chleesin.set cleehfni.set cleelfox.set cleesin.set dak0x110.set daknit01.set daknitx02.set daknit03.set dakox110.set dakox210.set dalnit40.set dannimx.set dannimx2.set dannimx2.set darstdox.set dcnit02.set dcnit03.set dcnit_02.set deb5knit.set deb_lfox.set discoox1.set dongripn.set donsin5.set drk_lfox.set drk_nh3.set drk_nit.set drk_ox.set drklfnh3.set drknh3.set dw_hn250.set dw_hn350.set dw_ni200.set dwhfn150.set dwhntest.set dwlfnlla.set dwn1_10.set dwlfn11.set dwn3.set dwn3_10.set dwn4_10.set dwn5_10.set dwn6_10.set dwn7_10.set dwn8_10.set dwn_bow.set dwnama10.set dwnamb10.set dwnamc10.set dwnamc10.set dwnamn10.set dunbow2.set dwni_10n.set dwni_15n.set dwni_220.set dwni_250.set dwni_600.set dwni_72.set dwni_cap.set dwnlf11b.set dwnlf11c.set dwnlf300.set dwnox300.set dwox1_10.set dwox300n.set From maurice at stanford.edu Mon Jul 23 17:15:44 2012 From: maurice at stanford.edu (maurice stevens) Date: Mon, 23 Jul 2012 17:15:44 -0700 Subject: STS dep update Message-ID: <500DE930.3030704@stanford.edu> Hello STS Dep users, The STS Dep continues to have multiple issues. Jim has sent out the low frequency generator for repair and it is scheduled to return late this week or early next week. The system at present can run high frequency depositions ...but only manually...we can't run your existing programs. Thank you Predeep for working with Jim and Jim to get the manual part working. And we can't run cleans until we get the low generator back. Jim H, John Shott and Jim McVittie (on vacation this week) are still trying to understand why we can't run the system in the auto mode (does it get some signal for the other generator?). Jim H is also talking to another owner of an STS system and a service provider in the U.K. STS no longer supports this system. We will update you all again later this week. -m -- maurice at stanford.edu Maurice Stevens Stanford Nanofabrication Facility CIS Room 142, Mail Code 4070 Stanford, CA 94305 P. (650)725-3660 F.
