Problem stsetch 2002-11-09 15:15:47: system appears ok at present time

I've tested STSetch, and there does not appear to 
be any problem with it, so Dan's observation
was apparently a glitch.  It's running "DEEP" 
at the moment.  
Also, noone is here using it, so if you're anxious to 
get on it, now's a good time to grab it!
