Shutdown stsetch SNF 2004-09-09 00:31:11: no plasma. water resistivity drop from 5meg to 100+kohm.

Emptied and refiled the chiller with DI water.  Waited about 1/2 hour for the resistivity to stabilize.  Ran the DEEP recipe 2X with no problems.
