The f/s rep changed the back up battery, the original two 
battery only put out 11 and 7 vdc. The tool still have the 
same problem even after back up battery changed, the llc
still not communicating. The rep left @11.15am and has not
come back .

Update: The LLC module is booting up and communicating
                but,  no pnumatic control at  all  load lock will not
                vent or pump down. Larry (field service) at this point
                is lose.
