Comment stsetch SNF 2006-07-24 14:23:57: Update status

Currently the STSetcher is  DOWN because the loader arm drive motor does not stop rotating after the "at home" position sensor is actuated.  We are trying to get a new loadlock controller but the status is unknown.  According to an email I received last week,  STS is having trouble getting LLC modules from their factory.
