Could we PLEASe quit mickey-mousing the equipment, and actually FIX it. This is the SECOND time someone's expensive wafer has been BURNED by maintenance "fixing" a machine by changing critical process parameters. STOP CHANGING THE MACHINES AND FIX THEM, please!
