Problem stsetch: communications error

Twice during my runs the STSETCH has crashed mid run.  It gives me the message "communications error, timed out" and then the program crashes.  It starts back up in Start Up mode and then i switch to Administrator mode and it appears to have made it through the crash w/o affecting the process.  I'm giving up now with my second wafer.
