Off Shutdown

Folks,

I will take the stsetch off of shutdown status as soon as the STS field
rep leaves (around 5:00).  It is being released with the following
condition; Len needs to install a valve.  So be prepared to be 'preempted'
when the valves arrive from the manufacturer in the next couple of days.

Also, the problem has yet to be isolated and defined, so keep a careful
eye on the etcher when you are running it.
