Folks,

The machine has been taken off of shutdown.

Please verify the chamber pressures and gas flows for you program are
correct by looking at them at least every 15 minutes.

The SF6 cylinder is empty.  My apologies to all that this has affected. 
The gas vendor is in the process of delivering a cylinder to us.  As
soon as it arrives I will install it and notify the users when the gas
is back in service.

	I've called the STS repair folks -
they expect to have a technician out here at
Stanford by noon today, with a replacement part.
With luck, the STS may be operable by the
