I won't use my STS time today (from noon-midnight ?). I'm concerned about the strange etch rates, but if you want to give it a try, please go ahead. If you do use it, it would be great in the short term for everyone if you can unload partway through to measure and write down your actual etch rate in the margin of the blue log sheets. Thanks Beth
