We had trouble with our wafers and can't use the remaining par tof our reservation. So the STS is free from 18:30 till midnight. THis is the Caudillo/Kenney reservation. Sorry but we started etching and things went wrong with the first wafer. So we're holding off on the rest of the batch. Chris
