STSetch users,

There is hope. STS engineering and service personnel, from the UK, are 
now on site working on the tool. They have vowed not to leave until the 
tool is up and running.

Subject: STSetcher update (great news)

The STS etcher is now fully operational except for an intermittent CDA 
pressure fault.  We are currently investigating the CDA fault.  We still 
need to complete the process qualification and cycle test the system for 
several hours before we can release the tool.   If everything goes well, 
we should be able to release the etcher by 6 PM tonight.
