Hi fellow STS users, I have a few wafers that urgently need to be etched in the STSetcher, so I've reserved most of Thursday afternoon/evening on the machine. (I won't be using it on Friday or Saturday.) Hope this doesn't cause a problem for anyone. Thanks, Ben
