Hi all,

Today the machine had an error while running my wafer:  "interlock tripped".  No further information at all.  I tried to run several times, with the same result.  I tried running other programs such as "O2Clean" with the same error message.  

After consulting with Eric P,  we decided not to shut it down in case the machine becomes good again tomorrow.  If the machine still has the same status,  tomorrow evening it should be shut down so that maintenance technician can see it.
