Shutdown stsetch2 SNF 2005-08-01 14:58:15: Lose power to the system

System shutdown caused by a defective Chiller 2 heater.  Disconnected the heater ( L1 and T3) at the heater 2 contactor.  Should be OK to run without the heater.  Chiller set point is normally less than 20 C (0 and 10 C).
