Template Recipe Reminder

All,

Remember the template recipes Smooth Shallow and SOI have been 
locked.  No changes can be made to these recipes, including the 
number of cycles.  It may look like you changed the recipe, but it 
will fault during down loading.

This is an unfortunate route we had to take, but we could not keep 
the integrity of the recipes do to the numerous changes that kept appearing.
