Problem svgcoat SNF 2006-03-02 10:59:28: Cybor Pump Down.

After running wafers on track I I noticed that Pump # 1 for 
dispense # 2 ( thick resist) is not working at all, I replaced the 
bottle and tested and pump is not working, I'll call Picotrack.
