Problem svgcoat SNF 2006-10-02 17:14:41: still has some EBR splash in the center of the wafers.

Replaced Resist Bottle with a Gallon of acetone
purged line,Adjusted EBR Suck Back, cycled wafers
ok to use, 
( If in case this problem come back I will order a couple
of EBR Needles.
