Problem svgcoat SNF 2007-09-04 11:58:44: 220-7 Resist Streaks

I've  Cycled Clean  wafers  and I couldnt repeat the problem,
I also cycled some of the dummy wafers and they came out 
bad I think  some of those dummy wafers need to be replace.
