Comment svgcoat SNF 2008-09-04 06:41:07: change SPR3612 bottle

Changed SPR3612.
I noticed that SPR3612 stream line was already empty
before I used and saw lots of bubbles.
The system should have alarmed before this happened.
But bottle was left empty.
