Problem svgcoat SNF 2010-11-02 15:21:08: 220-7nonuniform thickness

I ran 220-7 um , the thickness is from 7.2 um to 4.6 um depending 
where the bad uniformity falls on. I noticed that there are 2 to 3 
air bublles that dispense at different times
during the dispense.
