Troubleshot system and determined that +5VDC at only 1.8 VDC. Isolated down to an exposed wire on the "carriage out sensor" harness shorting to the carriage frame. Re-insulated the exposed wire and re-assembled track. Tested system. Checked and adjusted wafer centering. Operational checkout OK with several programss. System OK to use.
