Hello all,

Mike and Mario replaced the HMDS  hot plate on the svg coat this
morning. No up side wafers allowed on the prime station, No SCRAPING of
any sort and I rather the staff cleans the hot plate so if there is a
problem write  it  as a problem or call one of us and we will come in
and take care of it for you.

Does anybody know anything about using dry film photoresist? Like how to
expose/develop it?
