Resist waste

Manual coat users:

Grant Korgan wins the Golden Tweezers award for the week.  He's just 
cleaned up someone else's resist waste left at svgcoat.  Everyone, 
please do what you can to prevent him or anyone else from winning 
again:  clean up after yourselves!

Oh, and by the way, he shares this award with Eric P, who very 
generously chipped away and vacuumed the resist spill in the flammables 
cabinet (thereby removing sll evidence from the scene of the crime -- 
safely, and without using solvent.)
