The part will be in tomorrow around 10 am and I am confidant that we will be up by afternoon. The 3612 1 um and 1.6 um is on the svgtrack2 so it should not be any issues there. The only issue will be no 7 or 10 um resist capability till tomorrow. Mario was going to take tomorrow off but he is changing his plan and will come in to expedite the work. mahnaz From mahnaz at stanford.edu Fri Apr 28 16:41:26 2006 From: mahnaz at stanford.edu (Mahnaz Mansourpour) Date: Fri, 28 Apr 2006 16:41:26 -0700 Subject: down time Message-ID: <4452A826.501@stanford.edu> Hello all, So we were not able to fix the issue on the SVG track1 today. The vendor needs to shut down both tracks and we have asked him to do it on Monday morning 5/1 at 6:30 am. I have been told that SVGtrack2 will be up by 10 am . I am not so sure about the fate of SVGtrack1 but I am hopeful to bring it up before lunch time. I am sorry for all the inconvenience this may have caused. mahnaz
