Hello all,

Mario tells me that the system has been checked by pico track and the 
controller for 220-7 and 220-3 resist is bad. They have taken the 
controller out and will be back tomorrow.
We will be down for those two resist but it can be ran manually on the 
track or on the headway.
I have put a small bottle of 220-7 on the headway bench if you need to 
use it and for 3 um use the manual bottle from the yellow cabinet.

Hello

The controller had some issues and Pico track still working on it if not 
fixed by tomorrow;  they will bring another one that is what they have 
promised. So we will be down for  220-7 ( track1) and 220-3 ( track2)
one more day. My sincere apology.

Hello all,

Due to some problem with the controller, 220-7 resist with recipes  4 
and 6  are down ( this means 7 and 10 um). We are waiting for quote on a 
new controller so we can replace it .
I will put a small bottle of  220-7 at the headway bench ( like last 
time) tomorrow morning so will be available for manual dispense.
