Hello all, Due to some problem with the controller, 220-7 resist with recipes 4 and 6 are down ( this means 7 and 10 um). We are waiting for quote on a new controller so we can replace it . I will put a small bottle of 220-7 at the headway bench ( like last time) tomorrow morning so will be available for manual dispense. mahnaz
