Hello all,

The pump for 7 um went down and has been taken out to get rebuild but in 
order to test the  pump and see if it is really defective or not the 
controller need to go with it. The controller that controls 7 um on 
front track controls the 3 um on back track as well so we are down for 7 
um and 3 um resist.  regardless of the rebuild for the 7 um pump the 
controller will come back on Monday around noon time that is what  I 
have been told.  The rebuild for the 7 um will take an extra two days 
say mid week next week.
If you try to run 3 um nothing will dispense, trust me on this.

Hello all,

I just found out from Mario that  our 7 um pump will not be back till 
Monday the 13th.
My understanding is that if they will not be able to fix it by Monday , 
they will try to find another one for us.
I am sorry for all the delay and inconvenience this may have caused.

Hello all,

I need to apologize for this before even writing about it.

We need to take the controller that controls the 7 and 3 um resist out 
in order to check the pump for 7 um (Both runs with the same 
controller). So over the weekend we will not have capability of running  
220-7 on  SVGcoat and 220-3 on SVGcoat2. I have been told we will get 
the pump and controller back on Monday morning.

Two of my Teflon dish ( for small pieces)  for YES oven is missing.
Any idea where about these two little guys??? Or if you have taken them 
by mistake will you bring them back
