Hello all,

We had a few hours of free time yesterday so Mario and I worked on 
220-7  resist.  Mario did a lot of adjusting and tweaking . The result 
was pretty good looking wafers, please try the 7/10 um recipe and let us 
know  what you think and as usual report issues and problem on coral.
When around the lab area, stop and thank Mario.
