Totally unacceptable

Hello all

This morning Gary and Mario found The 3612 resist bottle has been leaned 
on the side in order to get few more drops out of it. The alarm on the 
panel was  in  off position.
Is changing the bottle that difficult for some one to go through this?
The line was ran dry, we are lucky no damage was done to pump.
I really need some one give me any reason for doing this and I promise 
that I would keep an open mind about it.
Pumps are about $6k to $10k, just you know.
