Problem svgcoat2 SNF 2006-12-07 16:18:56: Wafer poorly centered

centrting tabs were way off the center this usually happens
when users run Bonded wafers  or thick metal wafers on the 
system  I've centered the Centering flags stoppers ( AGAIN! ) 
Cycled wafers , ok to use.
