I  Adjusted the SUck Back because the wafers uniformity was pretty bad due to an extra drop of resist that got on the wafers on the EBR Cycle , I ran out of time But I will be monitoring it
to make sure that is steady , I will continue with the testing
 tomorrow  morning.
