Problem svgcoat2 SNF 2010-03-24 19:52:24: vapor prime not working

Found broken wafers shards in VP area.  Picked them up w/ tweezers and tried to blow remaining ones away w/ N2 gun.  All visible shards gone, but VP still doesn't work.
