Wafer lifter on VP module getting stuck sometimes. Replaced the leadscrew assembly/ including drive motor. Tested the lifters under normal operartion- OK. Tested the lifter reset routine with track reset function and power down/up sequence- Lifter function OK. checked wafer centering- OK.
