Problem svgcoat2 SNF 2011-04-28 16:50:32: svgcoat down, track can't be reset

Found that the internal drain was full. That is why the track would not operate. The  audible alarm on the utility alarm panel was also turned off. Pumped out the internal waste. Tested track operation. All OK.
