Problem svgcoat2 SNF 2011-05-25 10:48:29: Dot still appearing in center of wafers

we have cycled many wafers ( Recipe # 8 ) and the uniformity 
Results is Good , We beleive that there MIght be a problem with the
 user wafers, Ok to Use.
