Found The system With all the " transfer stop" Lights ON maybe the wafers were PIcked up before they reached the receiving cassette, I Pressed "TRACK RESET" and Cycled all the dummy wafers, All operations Are Ok , Cleaned dummy wafers , Ok to use.
