I went off to svgcoat to check on my wafers there. When I came back, the frosty wafer routine had failed. More importantly my reticle had fallen off the reticle holder onto the base and was chipped.Subsequent attempts to load the reticle and carry out the frosty wafer routine failed (even with a different reticle). I had placed the reticle carefuly, but given what happened it is possible I did not actually place it correctly and it might have hit something while it tried to load the reticle.
