Problem svgdev2 SNF 2007-08-09 04:43:41: problem with loading

the loading system wasnt working because someone
ran a wafer upside down and there was a lot of resist on the
post bake hotplate, cleaned hotplate cycled wafers, ok to use. 
please !! do not run wafers upside down!!!
