Replaced the indexer wire harness assembly which included new indexer sensors, cassette switch,, mode switch and motor drive lines. Checked transfer and made adjustment to air sensor. Cycled over 100 wafers through track with no problems. Cycled several wafers with standard program. All functioned OK.
