Someone ran a wafer Upside down and contaminated the hotplate
and the belts, Cleaned everything Up and cleaned up 
Dummy wafers, Ok to use. 
PLEASE DONT USE THE PHTORESIST DUMMY WAFERS ON THE 
DEVELOPER TRACKS.
