Hello all,

I put a copy of  new developer recipe on the track and one on the wall 
of Nikon.
The copy of the different developer  with all the SEM pictures are  in a 
blue folder next to the  track as well.
Please try to run some wafers with new recipe before the end of the 
year. I should be able to provide  more info by next week on 1.6 um and 
220-3 ( 3 um).  
Please let me know if anything else is needed.
