the LL3 wafer was scarred. hence replaced it with a new one also put LL2 wafer for better sensing of position in LL (Yasuhiro's recommendation) now the LL has 3 wafers in all - LL1 - 12 inch wafer LL2 - 12 inch wafer LL3 - 12 inch - 4 inch cut out (mickey mouse)
