This is yet another example of the lack of accountability in SNF. In this particular case, both incidents could have easily been avoided with the use of proper checklists, something that the User AdCom members have been advocating for years now against constant inaction from SNF line managers. I'm sure we are all hoping you will finally move with some swiftness in correcting SNF's fundamental problems. Previous problem re-occured. Lab power down turns off VG1 and VG2. Just remember to open VG1 and VG2 after going into Manual mode. Then return to Auto mode.
