Shutdown teos2 SNF 2008-03-24 15:33:58: not controlling pressure

I cleaned the throttle valve and checked operation in manual and it opened and closed normally. Pumped tube and set pressure to 1200 and throttle valve didn't close down to broing pressure up to setpoint. continuing to look into problem
