Continuously, recieve mfs alrams in step 30. PCPR is 2000. After a couple of minutes, gate valve turns on and the pressure drops. Then, there is no more mfs alarms.

cleaned out pump port and pumped tube in manual and ran the pump recipe. tube pumped down without any MFS alarms and pump7 running at this time.
